Flue Gas Pollution Reduction
|
The Vorsana Gas Scrubber represents a new way to separate pollutants from large volumes of flue gas from coal plants and other combustion sources, using the fact that pollution is heavier than fresh air. The removal of fly ash, NOx, desulfurization (SOx removal) and even the removal of CO2 can be handled in a continuous process without the use of conventional filters, and with less energy required. The machinery is relatively low-tech and easily scalable to handle large flows of flue gas, by extracting the nitrogen ballast to isolate and concentrate the pollutants. By subjecting the flow of flue gas to sustained, organized extreme turbulence, centrifugal and centripetal force, the intrinsic momentum difference of the flue gas
fractions self-separates them.
McCutchen Processors such as the Vorsana Gas Scrubber, Vorsana Tri-Phase Separator, Vorsana Electrokinetic Desalinator, and Vorsana Shear Electrolysis Reactor radial counterflow devices can be combined to offer a comprehensive Post-Combustion Flue Gas System which can turn dangerous pollution into valuable products.
